Easy Tips To Build Customer Loyalty
Here are some simple things to keep in mind, when it comes to building customer loyalty:
- They already like small businesses: Studies continue to show that people are far more likely to be loyal to small businesses than to large ones. In other words, if you think that as a small business, you have nothing to offer, think again!
- Emphasize Personality: At the end of the day, it comes down to building a relationship between your customers and your brand. Are you clearly representing your own personality in your brand? Do your target customers get a sense of what it's going to be like to work with you by engaging with your brand?
- Don’t stretch yourself too thin: Do you have a website, a blog, and a ton of social media hubs? Customers need to feel like they’re engaging with real people, so keep your sanity and budget intact by building customer loyalty and relationships on a few platforms that you enjoy and where your customers engage. Focus on one or two social media sites and keep the blog posts to once a week.
- Provide unique solutions: Customers tend to be loyal to businesses that treat them like valued people. Whenever customers bring questions, comments, or even some concerns to your attention, respect the input and provide a timely answer - even on social media!
